Rebate never received and an hour on hold every call

I signed up with atat internet services 3 months ago. The pricing is good but what isnt good is the customer service. I started calling because I never received my rebate. Its been more than 6 weeks. Everytime I call im literally a whole hour on the line back and forth. They can never seem to find my account. Oh but they never 4 get to bill me every month... Plus they never give me the answers im looking for. I thought the customer was always right. Is this a scam or wat. My first bill came up too 137.00 and thats just internet. I paid that thinking I was going to receive my rebate. They promised theyd do that... Im just soo angry because I thought this was a good company but to tell u the truth it really sucks. I should of signed up with time warner. Hopefully I will once I cancel my atat services...
