I signed up with atat internet services 3 months ago. The pricing is good but what isnt good is the customer service. I started calling because i never received my rebate. Its been more than 6 weeks. Everytime i call im literally a whole hour on the line back and forth. They can never seem to find my account. Oh but they never 4 get to bill me every month... Plus they never give me the answers im looking for. I thought the customer was always right. Is this a scam or wat. My first bill came up too 137.00 and thats just internet. I paid that thinking i was going to receive my rebate. They promised theyd do that... Im just soo angry because i thought this was a good company but to tell u the truth it really sucks. I should of signed up with time warner. Hopefully i will once i cancel my atat services...
