Rebate Fraud - Dishonest Customer Service Ripoff

When I signed up for the Dish Network satellite TV service, I was promised a $10 per month rebate for 10 months. I sent in all the paperwork as requested expecting to see the rebate in my monthly bill. After 2 months and still no rebate, I started emailing their customer service department. They said I hadn't sent in a copy of my first bill, which is bull, and said I should contact their redemption house. So I started wasting hours of time on the phone trying to get it straightened out. After having to go over the frontline help that are doing nothing but reading from their scripts, and talk to supervision and management, I was finally promised that everything was in order and I should start seeing the rebates. After 3 months with no rebate I again emailed a complaint to their customer service. This time they said I was not qualified for their rebate.

I suggest staying away from these ripoff artists and use DirectTV.
