Rebate not received in six weeks and 40 minutes to find account

I'm so angry with the customer service at atat... I haven't received my rebate and it's been more than 6 weeks. I call customer service and I'm at least 40 minutes back and forth waiting 4 u all to find my account. I thought this was a good company but I'm saddened to say that it's not. I signed up for just the internet service. Too bad it works well because I'm thinking of canceling it because ot the bad promises u all never kept..
