Destroyed house and attempted to leave town before being caught

Carlos and Maria Felix purchased a house from us in 2008. They made a few payments and then quit paying. We became suspicious of them and went to the house unannounced. We found that they were packing up and attempting to leave town. This was in December. We were able to get a deed signed to get our house back, but they did considerable damage. They used it as a dog house. I am not sure were they went.
