Carlos and Maria Felix lived in my beautiful home in Lake City, Florida for about 1 1/2 years. They quicky destroyed about everything in the home. They had at least 20 dogs outside the home, another 10 or so inside, including a toy poodle on the countertop. Peacocks, giant tortoises, guinia fowl, cats, hedgehogs, numurous birds, including large parrots (macaws) all added to the complte and utter filth in which these people lived.

When I finally eveicted them for being late and so far behind on their rent, the house was completely un-livable. They had pulled up carpets, poured about 1500sf of concrete in the house (right over the subfloor) and "custom" painted nearly every wall in the 4700sf home. I found beds and candles behind walls and in crawl spaces. All major appliances were broken including the halogen cooktop, two large side-by-side refridgerators and the kitchen sink! That's right, even the sick had a huge crack in it which they tried to fill with epoxy (I guess.) The interior doors were broken and holes in the walls from what were no doubt violent arguements. The neighbors were constantly complaining to me about the noise of not only the menagerie, but the insane fights that always seemed to breakout.

The outside of the house looked like something out of a bad movie, with junk cars parked all over the front yard, and trash everywhere. Rarely mowed, what was once my pride and joy, the house became a neighborhood disgrace.

Many visitors were in and out, and I really have no idea how many people were living in the house at any one time. Oh did I mention they were hoarders? But since they left in the middle of the night and left me to clean up all their crap, I just burnt it all. All four gargae doors were broken, probably from the garages being overstuffed with junk. Unbelievable, I don't know if I'll be able to recover from this finanacially...

And yet for Carlos, it was always someone else's fault... Stay away from from this thief!
