Beware of using cvs! - embryl

I mailed a check for my daughter's co-pay in February. I started receiving collection agency bills addressed to my 15 year old daughter. I have seen my check online... Cashed by CVS 3/2. After about 12 phonecalls, and speaking to "managers" Jessi, Leslie, and Diedra, my check was applied to someone else's account. I went to my bank, they also sent confirmation that they indeed cashed my payment check. You would think this would be simple to resolve!? NO After 3 more calls and no response, I called in a and spoke to another manager that it was currently in the "review" department... I has been at that department for 3 months. I am so upset that I pay my bills on time, and I am being treated so unfairly by a company who keeps putting me off. I have taken so much time away from work to deal with their mistake!
