This id the second complain that I have placed here and have not received a response from you yet. Again, I paid Comcast $90.00 on the 5th of July and it cleared the bank (by swiping of my card) the same day. The next day the on line statement showed that that same payment was "pending".in going to the bank and speaking with Martha about this issue, she referred me to her Manager (name not remembered at this time, but you cah check to see who was there on that day) became unprofessional. While waiting to see Martha, he had other customers in her office and began walking negatively about me to them!!! The customers and her started looking at me with a laughter expression on their faces!!! I waited 45 minutes to see her. I was asked by another branch officer to assist me but I chose her because she had assisted me before and assured me that if I needed any help in the future with issues that she would be there to help me with them. As I said after the manager came to get me she became unprofessional, saying tht she was not going to argue with me and that she could go back to review yesterday's statement to see what was showing for a payment nor a balance. (this I really DO NOT believe)!!! I left that branch and went to the branch in Hermitage where I had originally opened the account and again spoke with a bank rep and she became very irriated with me and sent me to her manager, and again she was unprofessional. I had to insist time after time for her to call someon in the processing center to see if they could and would review my transactions for the day before. She finally made the call and thy to said that they could not review the previous days business. What kind of system do you all have??? I used to work for 2 banks in the processing center and records were kept for months for review and afterwards those transactions were placed on microfish for storage! In speaking with Comcast, they to verified that the payment of $90.00 had cleared the same day that the payment was made, July 5th. This payment was double charged to me and Comcast nor me got the payment. I am on Social Security and my money is allocated monthly for bills and this is not RIGHT!!! Please refund me my $90.00!!! After paying my bills, I should have had $123.00 left over - we went to pump gas and it showed insufficient funds. I have no idea where the other balance of the $123.00 went. If this cannot be resolved and refunded to me then I have to change banks. I posted a complaint here on the next day, July 6 and got no response.
