People going to work to scam other people!

I was contacted by this company in January after searching for supplemntal medical insurance and this company popping right up. I was called within 5 minute of putting my contact information. I was told this is what I was looking for and they were a part of Blue Cross and Blue Sheild and all my DRs would take it to cover my 20 copays.

After two weeks of waiting I finally got a booklet saying the were a discount company and not insurance and this little booklet cost me 199.95. I then tried to contact the member services department at American Health Benifits and it could take several days to get hold of anyone. You could wait 20-30 minutes on hold and then be transfered to a answering machine. They did not respond to messages on the phone or emails. I would call and give them my account number and then told the person was just an answering service and they could not help me. I finally got a call from the member services manger saying I would get my money back and I have never recieved it. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and the company said they take the matter very serious and offered a refund and again I never recieved it. I have been told about four times it has been mailed out and never has been.

So if it comes down to if you got money just to gve away to scammers then this is your company.

The Better Busineess Bureau is now doing an update on the company and I can only hope they see this company for what it is and give them the terrible rating they deserve.
Shame on them!!!
