Healthcare Advantage Aka Healthnet Plan
Ripoff, led to believe is insurance but all reality is just a discount plan and negotiator to doctors

I was led believe that I was given a great health insurance quote for my fiance and daughter. I was told alot of things that a normal insurance company would talk about like deductibles and copays. Jason had said that I could call member services to get the provider directory. I decided to set it up and paid over the phone then and they gladly took there $199.95 and then told me it would be 7-10 business to get my cards.

I waited 10 business days and recieved nothing. My fiance called them and was told they had address wrong and they corrected and said another 10 business days. We waited again and again nothing came. I then called and said I wanted to cancel and get my money back and they told me that they would send me half of it because the $100 registartion fee was non-refundable, which was never mentioned. Then Jason called and inquired what was wrong, advised him is not a company that kept customers in mind and that we didnt want to do business with them.

Then he insisted on Fed ex the cards that day if we stayed. We decide to give another chance. Once I recieved the cards I then proceeded to call member service to get a doctor my daughter could see and that is when I found out it is not an actual insurance plan but a discount network and how they negotiate prices with doctors. I was let down again and upset and have cancelled now and we are waiting for our refund of half of what we put into this misleading scam of supposed insurance/discount plan... Will keep updated after recieving refund if I do for sure and when it will actually come...
