Rip-off in progress, No response to reauests

I was contacted by American Health Adv and was interested in the coverage because the individual who caled me told me I would be able to use this policy to cover physician co-pay anything else not covered by my primary insurance.
In early May I was ready to file a claim with the company but had not received any information from the company. On May 19 I called and spoke to a woman who apologized and she said she would send the information to me and that I should have the material by May 23.
On May 30 I called the 800 # again because I still had not received the promised materials so I could make a claim. I was put on hold three times and the receptionist kept apologizing for the long wait saying that they were vey busy. She offered to transfer me to a member services rep. I did not get to speak with a person but got a voice mail box for Morgan Summers. I left a message requesting the materials be sent to me and asked that Ms. Summers call me back.
On June 3 I called again and was immediately put on hold. When the receptionist returned to the line, I explained that I was very frustrated as I had called several times and was always put on hold or sent to voice mail. I asked the name of the receptionist (Maria) and exp0lained that I was ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also asked for the mailing address of the company which she supplied.
At this point she apologized again for the delay and took my name and phone #. She promised that she get the message to member services and someone would call me back as soon as one of them was off the phone.
Today is June 5 and I still haven't heard from anyone at Member Services. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will notify my bank to stop payment to American Health. At this point I've lost approximately $120 which is a great deal of money for someone on a fixed income.
