Ripoff! Not a health insurance! Getting money returned was almost impossible

Told that coverage included perscriptions, vision, dental, ALL medical up to 80%, 5,000 on every emergency visit at hospital. This company does none of this, it is a discount company ONLY. Took an unauthorized second amount from our checking account and then did not pay back the money when everything was done appropriately to cancel the policy.

Never received booklet of coverage they said I should receive within 30 days to look over to make sure it was what I wanted. Had verified their company with Better Business Bureau to find they had just one report against them. But the American Medical Licensing Bureau said they have no license because they aren't an insurance company.
