Problems with Order and Cussed Out

I emailed the company when I had a problem with the order. Here is my email:

This order is NOT correct. I ordered 1.5 lb. Jar of vanilla powder. I also ordered Sweet Dough extract. My order arrived and not only is it missing one item, the other one is not correct. Please send me the correct order. Let me know what to do with this bag of powder I have now.

This was the response back from her:

Below you ordered ONLY real powdered vanilla. You are thinking of someone else because I do not have or sell any other food type items. I knew "Shark" as your e-mail name was a REAL clue that you are a birch and as far as what to do with the product your ordered-well, you can always sick it up your ass. It is very precious stuff and you can do anything with it. Even stir it in coffee, top cakes, sprinkle on berries and so on.

My response:

I have forwarded this most considerate and professional email to the Better Business Bureau. Have a nice day.

Her's (again):

Don't worry because I have ALL of your data if you want to be all over the net.

You are a bitch-and you did get what you DID order. Your e-mail was outrageous and defensive from the start.

So, not only was she unhelpful in finding out the solution to the mix-up, she cursed and threatened me.

And like my email said, I reported her to the BBB. I am currently pursuing other action when the second email was received. Threats are against the law (intimidation).
