Shoffee not responding to customer service inquiries

On 11/11 I placed my first order at Shoffee.com. Shoffee was recommended by a friend of mine. I ordered Keurig K-cups, which are packets of coffee designed for the Keurig coffee maker.

I received the order just fine, but a few days later I noticed that several of the items I ordered were not what I thought they should be. Turns out, I made a mistake and ordered some "non-Keurig" coffee packets. My error.

I immediately sent an email (11/20/08) stating my problem and asked if I could return the incorrect coffee packets for some that would work in my coffee maker. No repsonse.

I resent the email on 11/24/08... No response.

I called them and left a voice mail (nobody to pick up the phone)... No response.

I forwarded the email to Joe at Shoffee on 11/27/08... So far no response.

Today, 11/30/08, I did a Google search on Shoffee and found a complaint had been filed. I am now filing my own, as I believe they are ignorning anyone that is not an order. Could be a sign of them about to go out of business.
