I ordered an LCD screen for my cell phone and paid extra for priority mail. When the shipment arrived it was the wrong screen. I checked my order to make sure I ordered the correct part (I had) and sent an email to customer service. I asked for the proper LCD to be shipped express mail since I did not make the mistake.

I received an email with a copy of my receipt showing the correct part ordered. That was all. I contacted them again asking if they were sending the proper screen. This was their response:

"You could return the item and tell us the tracking#. We will return you once we get it and make sure it is right. You can make an order for LG Scoop screen."

They were not going to rectify their own mistake until I paid to ship the wrong part back. The reason I ordered the part priority mail is because I didn't want to be without my cell phone for an extended period.

I have since ordered the same part from a different company and it is now en route. The total cost ended up being half the price of yallstore.com—and I now have PayPal protection on my order. I will never order from this company again and I wish I had looked up more reviews of them.
