Placed order, rec'd wrong order, rec'd 2nd order, still not correct, 7 emails, no response, ripoff Round Rock Texas

I recently placed an order with thescrapbookplace.com
They did not send the correct items, after two emails I go them to resend the correct items. This order was also incorrect. After 5 more emails I gave up. I wrote to them and told them I was going to report them to the proper internet authorities, and still did not receive a response. I also contacted the vendor who supplies this internet store with there products to let them know how they were being represented. To this day I have not received an email or the corect order from them. First email to them after intitial order was 6/4/05.
