On November 11 I send 2 telephone cases for exchange. Have a conf.# 10403514. Talking to different people, they give me different order numbers for exchange: 11423081,10403514,10592330. The last promise was given by Tommy for delivery on March 7.
Up to now I NEVER got anything back. Only promises. And idiotic E-mails nobody can explain them. Tried to speak to a Manager - I cannot get them! They never there. Even a voice mail is not working and when it is working nobody calls back. It's like somebody still from you!
Please, help to get my cases back.
