Hello. My name is Zola Lee. 4 or 5 months back {i only entered date so i could speak with you}I went to customer service to exchange a brand new phone, because the speaker was "blown". I had "all my receipts", they sent me back to back of the store, to electronics. They "refused" to help me exchange my phone. Do you know why they would not exchange my telephone? I didn't have the box it came in! Here I stand with all my receipts, and the telephone, because I did not have the box. Do you realize how many customer's know this? I thought all I would need was my receipts. Im so disappointed in Wal Mart, that is the first time, Ive had a problem. Ive thought about putting this on Facebook and Twitter, so as to help other people, as gullible as myself. I was furious! Even SmartTalk wouldn't help, so I sold the telephone, for $15 dollars to my nephew. And am out approximately$115 dollars, total loss. To say Im disappointed in Wal Mart is an understatement. They should've helped me, with all the receipt's I had, an the telephone was perfect, but for the one speaker.
