For the last four weeks, I've made multiple attempts to fix something caused by one of Microsoft's plethora of "updates" to my system.

I've been rudely treated by several Customer Service representatives. I believe these people are in India.

Bottom line:

Calling this behavior "customer service" is an insult to the intelligence to the customer. And, there is no way to speak with anyone to address the issue.

What comes back from these people are scripts that they continue to read and re-read, in an attempt to "get rid" of the customer.

Is this something Microsoft is championing? Does the vendor even care about the customer once the product has been sold?
