I received a call from a "customer care representative". He knew my home phone # and said he was calling to update my computer sys for free. He continued and knew the manufacturers # for my microsoft product. I verified the product #.

I was suspicious and asked for his name and ID #. He said his customer care # was -04086000833, Name - Zack Watson ID # Z309. I refused to give any further info.

I called Microsoft Customer Service and they had no information regarding this person or program. They told me to give this info to you. Help! Maureen Way 610-283-2697

I believe he will use this information to gain access to my system, banking info, etc.
