Unable to resolve issue caused by Microsoft automatic "update". I have spent hours attempting to get resolution. I have been speaking with people from India. They keep re-reading "scripts" that do not address the issue. When I've asked to speak with a supervisor, I'm put on hold for up to 43 minutes.

Is this the image microsoft is now supporting? How can I get my issue resolved? What is a customer to do after the product is purchased to get what they pay for?
