Five hours on phone with over ten agents, issue unresolved

The worst service I have ever experienced. On the phone for close to 5 hours and my issue was not resolved. No one knows anything, connected to over 10 different people. Given misleading information. The manager couldn't even help me. I am so disgusted how this company is ran!
