Microsoft Office customer service stinks - microsoft office

I attempted to download a trial of Office 2010 but was having trouble. I contacted support but was told they couldn't help. My wife and I then spent the next 48 hours being transferred between departments speaking to 10 different people none of whom could help. Finally, I spoke with a representative at the Microsoft store; I purchased the product and was informed that there was a delay in processing the product key. 3 days later, I alled to follow up and was told that there was a processing error that would take 3 to 5 business days to resolve at the minimum. The only thing the supervisor could say was that he would refund my money. No apology just I will your money. They are all halfwits who have no business in customer service.
