A telemarketer called me at home and told me that she will send me an email with my web site built by her Web Point. She said if I dont like it I can cancel in 2 weeks I don't have to pay anything.

I checked the email and I found a website with my companies name fornt page only with bottons that is not even working. I was so scared that it could be another scam to wipe out the whole hard drive when you open the thing. I did not cancel bec.

There is no place in the site to cancel. After 1 month my brothers tel bill, who owns the tel line were billed for $82.38 by ILD for Web Point for the website they created for me. I called web point and ask them why they charge us and stop charging my brothers account because I did not use their service.

I said you promised a web site but that is not a web site. She said it was a SKELETON web site and I have to do everything to build it. I was promised a website I should get a real web site not a skeleton. I don't know how to build a web site. She refused to take the charges and said I was given 2 weeks to cancel it but I did not.

No1. I did not get a web site as promised but rec'd A SKELETON WEB SITE NOT EVEN WORKING. No2. No place in the site to cancel it. No3. I am not satisfied with just a skeleton believing it was a real one. No4. I did not use their service nor been served, why would I pay for something I did not consume or used.

My brother called them to stop the charges and they told my brother I ordered the service to them. I don't know this company and it is one of the telemarketers who called me. She lied to my brother. The charges is still in my brothers tel. Bill and WEB POINT refused to take the charges out.
