I had an on-line chat with Crystal Jan 5/09 regarding my dissatisfaction with an order I placed. We agreed she would get back to me upon receipt of photos. I did not hear back, so I e-mailed to follow up. I did not hear back, so I initiated another on-line chat. Michelle B had no interest in addressing my concerns due to the time elapsed even though I was not my fault that Crystal never responded. My request is for a full refund.
