Returned magicjacks and received only a partial refund even after spending hours chatting with so-called supervisors

I purchased two magicjacks during an informercial that said they wouldn't charge your credit card until you decided to keep them or thirty days had passed. I tried one of the ones I received and decided it wasn't a good fit for my family. I contacted Magicjack to get the RMA number to return them and mailed it back to them next day. The total time I had them was under 6 days. I checked my credit card just out of habit on the day I sent them back and noticed they had already billed me even though the infomercial stated that wouldn't occur.

Within a week of returning the units I noticed I got a partial refund from Magicjack. I have followed up four times on the chat line with a "live" contact who eventually sent me up the line to the "supervisor", a total of four different supervisors during my four chat periods. These chats aren't a couple of minutes long, they are more like 45 minutes or longer. I get this distinct feeling they string you out during the chat so you'll end it sooner because you don't want to play their game. I had two chats end with please "feel free to chat with us tomorrow" to follow up on my inquiry for a full refund.

I kept a printed record of all chats I had with all the live contact personnel as well as all the supervisors to present to VISA when I dispute their claim to the monies they charged my credit card.

The equipment seems sound and under different circumstances I would probably use it. The customer service the company has is sub par and will probably be a downfall for this company. You can't reach anyone via phone only online through a chat line.
