Appauling customer service and failure to refund $. - Flowers from Bloomex

Bloomex is the worst online company I have ever had to deal with. The flowers I ordered were delivered a day late. Because of this experience I attempted to cancel my other order due to be delivered more than a week in the future. I was told that a $25 fee would apply - this fee was more than the flowers I wanted to cancel the order for! Terrible customer service - I was directed via email to contact someone on their online chat feature. The person on the online chat directed me to email. I will never use this company again!
