DUH, "I don't know whats wrong with it"! - cell phone problems

When I added another line on my cell ph, my original line got messed up & now it won't operate properly. I called & talked to so many "reps", & was told, "I don't know whats wrong with it, I can't fix it"! Two women even hung up on me. Went to the main ofce here 2X & got the same response. NOBODY can fix my phone & don't care. I have paperwork now from the BBB which I am in the process of filling out to submit tmrw. This sorry service started when Verizon took Altell! Altell was wonderful & caring, always did me right & always could fix my ph. Without me even going in.By the way, my daughter had some issues w/her ph. & Verizon couldn't fix it either. Her son fixed it for her! I can' stand Verizon, their people don't know how to do anything, & are so rude & ugly! Maybe the BBB can "reach" them! If I did my job like they do, I would be "unemployed"!!!
