LIERS, CHEATERS-they try to change lease terms, make verbal promise then renigs! Do not do business with this company! Orangevale california

I, and a friend, signed a lease with this company. I recently lost my job so I contacted the company (with lease in hand) and asked how to remove my name and keep the other tenant.

I was told to submit a written request and they would remove me. I made sure to ask if the other tenant would be affected-they said absolutly not! I then referenced the lease where they noted the same information (about submitting a written notice). I even was asked by Cornette Property if I wanted my deposit and to include that in the statement so they could refer to the document (which they said was legal) when the other tenant moves out.

I mailed the written notice certified receipt then received a phone call saying they will not accept it! I was told that I cant submit a notice till the lease is up! It does not say that in the lease!!! It specifically states that at any time to avoid problems to submit the written notice and I would be removed with no legal or further action.

The representative was EXTREMELY RUDE, said that the lease IMPLIED these things and they are trying to cheat and lie!

I will not let them get away with this and if you are smart you WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEATS!!! They will cheat you too! They are liars and i will spread the word till i have no more breath!!!
