CRM Rental Managemnt, Inc. Eviction Notice Oriskany Falls

I recieved an eviction notice on Jan. 29 Which states"Take notice that your landlord elects not to renew your lease of the above described premises Burleigh Apartments now held by you effective Feb. 28. The grounds for temination of your lease are as follows: to many documented lease Violations against my house hold. On going it says You have the further right to dicuss ternimation of your tenancy with Propery manager with in 10 days of service of this notice." On Feb. 3 I had a meeting with the President of CRM management, Property management and office manager of Burleigh Apartments. There response is" Lease not being renewed due to a business decision. I have no written violations in my file. So I referred back to the letter of eviction and asked again what are my written violations. President says you have none. Then why do I have to leave if i don't have any written violations. You have none it's just a business decission that we made. I asked the President to write a letter regarding that I do not have any written violations in my file this was a business decision. So on Feb. 24 2009.
I spoke to the president he told me he would talk to propery manager and office manager will get this letter to me. Office manager stated today Feb. 25 there not going to write such a letter. I'm so confussed and very upset. About this whole thing. I'm in a deep depression I feel that I'm being victimized by CRM managemnt. Where are the state laws. Subsidize housing.
I have to leave by May 1
