Do Not Place Order with Magic Jack

12/11. Called to placed two calls to 1-800-519-3886. First time used my debit card, but cancelled order before I hung up... The auto voic said I would not be charged... However a charge of $1 appeared on my checking account. Second time, I complete placed the order, but after researching google found that this was actually a poor quality product decided to cancel.

I entered a chat on their website to cancel this order 3 different times. Each time they had no record of my transaction. They kept asking for and order number that would come by email. None has come. They have no record of my order and continue to tell me I will have to wait for an email confirmation to cancel it.

Don't deal with them. Search google or myspace before giving your credit card info.
