Got a MJ charged to my credit card without ordering - magic jack customer service

I partially filled out the order form for a Magic Jack and decided against it. A couple of days later it shows up in the mailbox. Received no confirmation email or order number.
"Customer service" says must be an internet connection problem that completed the order.
And now I am supposed to pay shipping to return the useless thing.
