Have never dealt with such a difficult company to work with on a return

Electronics and household app.

I ordered a Magic Jack and then decided several hours later to cancel the order.By now, the pending amount was on my credit card. There is no phone number on their website.'Chat' gets you to a cust. Service person. I gave him my name, email address, and credit card number. He could not find my order. Was told to wait a day and 'chat' again. Second 'chat' session - still could not locate my order, but would have superviser call me. Third 'chat' session (this was the third day in a row), person could not locate order. No resolution.

Fourth day I received an email confirmation of my order and Fifth day I received the Magic Jack. When I followed the instructions in the confirmation email to receive a RMA so I could return the item, it told me it 'could not locate order in the 30 day return window. Back to the 'chat' room. This time the young lady was able to help me get the RMA form printed so I can return the item. I will be talking with the Post Office Monday morning when I go to send it back. Apparently this company has so many complaints they don't dare have a phone number for customer service.
