Magic Jack
Issues

Since I had used a VOIP phone service before I was more than willing to try Magic Jack as it was cheaper. I never was able to try the product since I never got it. After 5 weeks of waiting for the product to ship and finding out that they had changed my order to the 5 year plan and added a $3.95 rush fee to the order I cancelled the order. I also found that there help service is not very helpful... I definitively do not recommand Magic Jack at this time. If they change and get their act together and actually ship their products I might try it again.
