I ordered a product from this company for a thirty day free trial, but had to provide a credit card in advance. I received the product on 1/9/09. The service was horrible and I told them so. It is something that you plug into your computer to get phone services. I am battling breast cancer and cant afford regular phone services so I really did need something. Calls are dropped and calls were never ever clear. I shipped the product back on 1/31/09 via first class mail, confirmation. I was advised that the product was received but that they will have to research the matter further. I need my funds now and I do not feel that they were concerned about me as a person. You can get phone services for $39.99 per year, who would not want this, includes unlimited long distance, the old saying nothing is free definitely applies here. If you talked more than thirty minutes you were just cut off no warning, calls were never clear. And once you lost the call couldnt make another attempt at calling out for at least twenty to thirty minutes. These folks are running a scam on people in need and there company practices definitely need to be checked out. Again I am battling breast cancer but I refuse to be taken advantage of. Please help me and others so this terrible thing wont happen to others.
