Never recieving customer service - Ripped off

I financed a computer from dell and have been paying on it for 1&1/2 years and I still owe 1222.57 I asked for a copy of the original contract and didn't recieve one on Feb 4th. I make my payments out of my Bank account automatically Just by chance I looked at my statement for Febuary thinking it should be soon to be paid off and to my surpise, nothing has went to the Principle, Previous balance for febuary 1193.30 like always had forever making my payments new balance 1222.57, I had some old papers from dell and found March 7 Previous balance 1,209.28 paid my minimum 48.68 New balance 1201.82 not going down much but never gave it anymind didn't undestand all that mumbo jumbo thought if I continued with my payments it would be fine, Next one is from May 6 previous balance 1192.07 again it had came out of my account I was doing my part still making my payments, on Feb 3 I was in shock when I was sitting there and seen that from all the payments I have made I still owed the same amount infact from May to Feb. 2009.76 cents was taken away, so in 9 months thats what I had paid, I contacted Dell and they gave me to Tracy which said she was sorry and would take off one late charge of 39.00 dollors because evidently I have been making my payments 2 days late all this time so with this late charge of 39.00 and finance charge 28.28 and credit protection plan fee of 10.61 my payment of 48.62 Hasn't done anything cause all that adds up to 49.61 plus finance 28.28 total 77.89 I just about died I ask to speak to some one else she said there was no one above her then lost me putting me on hold!!! I told her if I was this Prefferred customer which she kept calling me where was my custmer service the phone call or letter to explain what was going on with my account and to fix it instead of taking advantage of me, she never did say""""" my account number is 6879450119027701873 and yes another payment was made automatically from my account on the 4th as usual, Please help I am at the end of nerves, Janice Nyhus
