Fraudulent Charges

I have been charged $16.95 for 13 months, Has any one ever received any kind of forms/information? I was just told by one of the phone rep. Said they will send me some forms for rembursemt, after they get the forms back from me, they would notife the bank.

In the process it will take just a little over 30 days! This is a scam.

1-800-475-1942 is the # I was given a confirmation number for my complaint.
