Dell financial services, dfs dell hell got me! Stuck making payments for life on a dell computer

I purchased a computer system from Dell for $1,300 this happened in 2004. I have not missed one single payment and have paid $38-$40 per month on this account. To date, my balance remains the same. I have requested a detailed stament for the break-down of the charges and they have not complied to my multiple requests.

Twice they have attempted to charge me with late fees and if it had not been for my bank's manager stepping in they would have gotten away with it. I am very dissappointed that some businesses of this caliber can still get away with such ripoffs. Another thing, they keep sending their pop ups to sell you ink thats just another show.

I have decided to file a complaint with my local department of consumer affairs if its the very last thing I do. The hell with Dell.
