Unauthorized Charges Unauthorized Debit Charges

I am not nor have had any affiliation or contact with this company until recently. My girlfriend and i came across an unauthorized charged on our personal bank account for $72.

Upon reporting this to my bank and calling to speak with a representative i was hung up on after being informed that i would not be receiving a refund from this companies unauthorized charges. I have no idea how they obtained my personal information but have been told by my bank that this has happened to other people.

This company is not only some internet scam but identity thefts.
