Dell Financial Services
Fraudulent Billing Practices Ripoff

Electronics and household app.

In September 06, I made a payoff to Dell of the amount on my last statement. Dell accepted the payment and a balance on the account of $17.00 was still owing according to Dell. They imposed a late fee of $30.00 to my account.

It's now December, and I recieved a new balance of $193.00 which I paid to protect my credit rating, only to find out there's a remaining balance on my acc't of $45.00.

My last check was sent Dec 21., and as of 12/31 Dell claims not to have recieved the check, and applied the additional penalties. It's pretty appearant their sitting on payments in order to incrue additional interest, and penalties. I cannot get this paid. They called at 7Pm on Christmas Eve., to collect the money!

Dell has opted to turn the $45.00 over to a collection agency! I'd also like to mention I pay my bills on or before their due dates.
