I attempted to renew my drivers lic online and was referred to Forms USA by the DMV online. I followed their prompts, and used my debit to pay for the service, i was supposed to get a confirmation number... Never happened, and I just found out they charged me 34.96 for that service i never received, and have subsequently taken out 9.97 from my debit acct for March, April, May and June. I will be going to my bank and reporting these fraudulent charges/activities. Needless to say... I will be monitoring my accounts more closely and will not use my debit online anymore.
