Worst customer service around!

6 family members are on this plan. I bought a month for my dad for christmas and cancelled the auto ship 2 days later. Well he received a package anyway and i called saying it was cancelled. Well they said i would have to send it back for 28.00 and it was there mistake! I told them all 6 family members were on plan and due to the economy did they really want to loose them over 28.00? They didnt give a damn... Never again will i order from them. I now go on craigs list and ebay if i want the food!
