Wrong die, no refund

Created the incorrect type of die for my device, wont return it or create another. Although I explained my device precisely plus they assured me this die works, then they provided only they might slice the components on the device utilizing the die, and cost me for every one, plus delivery

The supervisor, Lon WIlkerson, Jr. Would not actually react. The seller, Kevin Harfst, was "hurt" that I needed my money-back, and almost held the die I delivered.

These folks have no idea the things theyare performing, and certainly will attempt to con you. Steer Clear.
