Poor connection-charged after disconnect-charged cancellation fee

Renting 2 modems I chose to conserve some cash I bought a next device for another area (for my child & grandchildren) I had been having severe link issues after I triggered the Next device on Clear. They offered ME-1 month free however the the following month they charged me two times as much. They subsequently provided me a 'free' device to maintain the support to try and resolve the bond issues with the 3rd modem. I had link issues with the 'free' device also & terminated the support in the 2nd location. Clear charged me for your month despite the fact that I delivered their 'free' device back. I held the main one I bought initially on eBay. Clear charged me a termination charge of 92.00. I never joined a with Clear. This was a 'free' device.

Every time I attempt to understand this issue solved Clear provides me a 'solution' quantity and state they are likely to 'ensure it is right'. Then they contact and abandon me communications that I Have been refused a refund. What does an individual need to do? I'm likely to stop another two modems I've with Obvious I'm-not having an issue with since Iam scared they will proceed to withhold fees for that additional device I delivered back. Do I've to stop my banking account to prevent them from subtracting these costs?

CLEAR INTERNET This the fifth USB device that have broken and had to mail it back with the responsibility to be charge for shipping and handle. I think it's unfair to pay for default device that has malfunction
