Poor product and customer service

I bought the water and ice dispenser. Following the guarantee time I informed Airnwater the merchandise just dispenses 1 Liter of water at the same time that will be not area of the item information. I settled to truly have the device delivered. They delivered a brand new device. This device does the same. I required delivery labels to come back the merchandise and obtain a return. They WOn't deliver delivery labels and condition they'll just deliver still another device but won't review if it will distribute over 1 liter at the same time. They no further react to emails.
