Account Money Frozen Three Days After Faxed Verification

I had a PayPal account, and someone entered my account and changed my information to get my account locked up. I have faxed statements of the bank account that was used to open my PayPal account and also my driver's license. They have not yet released my money to me after 3 days, and they are not acknowledging that I have provided proper verification. They also did not answer the phone when I called to contact them. I am waiting for this matter to be resolved soon. I will follow up if the funds are released.
