Locked Out After Overseas Login and Funds Held, Cannot Close

I accessed my PayPal account from overseas while on vacation. I was checking fund availability to pay for an eBay auction I had just won. PayPal locked me out of my account because I had accessed it from outside the USA. They insisted on having copies of my bank account statement, my credit card statement, and my driver's license faxed to them in order for them to verify that it was me who had accessed the account, and then they would "unlock" it.

Not only does PayPal refuse to release my money, which they are holding, but they will not let me change my address (I have moved), they will not let me remove my bank account from the account, and they will not even let me close the account. Basically, they are keeping my funds and all my personal info against my will.

There is a class action lawsuit against PayPal. Spread the word: PayPal is breaking banking laws.
