Horrible Service and Food

I ordered a carry out Carolina Chicken Grilled salad yesterday. When I opened the box at home I noticed that there was just lettuce with some dry chicken on top of it and nothing else! I called the restaurant to complain. I spoke to Tanya who told me that that's what I ordered and she hung up the phone. I called back to talk to the manager, he told me I would have to call the following day and talk to the owner, Beverly. I received a similar treatment from Beverly the next morning. My husband called them later on again and was able to get a refund for my salad but absolutely no apology or explanation of this horrendous service.
