Wilted Caesar Salad Delivered 20 Minutes After Pizzas

Ordered two medium pizzas & Caesar salad. My pizzas came but the salad didn't. I called to complain. No problem. My salad came. 20 minutes later. The lettuce was wilted and cold as well as the chicken. Most of the lettuce was dry and transparent looking and purple as if it's been the fridge for a week. And I'm not talking about the riddicio lettuce.
