You need to talk with your people, or retrain them! - Chicken salad/Hot fudge sundae

I went to this Burger King today and ordered a chicken salad, and a hot fudge sundae. What I was given was a BLT salad, and half of a sundae. They must have been out of chicken salads, so they took a bacon salad, and threw a piece of chicken from a sandwich on top, then they filled the sundae cup up half way, and put a drop of hot fudge on it. I guess they dont want to tell people they are out of chicken salads and thought a bacon one would be fine. I dont eat bacon! It was all over the salad, I could not pick it out. The chicken was just one big piece laid on top of the chicken salad. They should have said "we are out", but no, they just want to give you something to get you out of there! The ice cream was like they didnt have time to fill it to the top. It was all down the side and sticky, almost no hot fudge. I dont understand, do they not have enough time, or help at lunch? The only thing they did right was to make sure they charged me full price for garbage! They never give you anything on the salads anymore like the croutons, or carrotts, not even dressing, and the sundae was a total joke. I do have pictures of it, cause I couldn't believe what they gave me! Whats going on? I wait in a long line, pay my money, I just want what I ordered, the way its suppose to be served! Thank you very much!
