Rusty Lettuce - Grilled Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing

On July 5 at approximately 5:45 PM I showed the McDonalds Restaurant Manager, a short man with brown hair and glasses my salad (grilled chicken on a salad mixture with ranch dressing). Most of the salad content was rusty white lettuce. This manager looked at the product, turned away to do something else and never responded to me. This unfortunate experience certainly turned me off to that Mcdonalds Restaurant. I hope someone in the company will respond to my complaint. This incident occurred at McDonalds Resturant at Winchester Street and Key Road, Keene, N.H.
